Graham Consulting is a consulting company entirely focused on the petroleum industry production, transfer and sale of gasoline and distillate products. The purpose is to aide clients in complying with the EPA Mobile source regulations at 40 CFR Part 80 as well as various state regulations.

Ms. Graham worked as an attorney for the Environmental Protection Agency Mobile Source Enforcement Branch for twenty years before leaving it and beginning a consulting firm. At the end of 2005, she left to start her own firm. Ms. Graham assisted in the writing and enforcement of many of the regulations that the industry must comply with today. Her goal is for her client's to be in complete compliance.
