Graham Consulting answers client questions, notifies client of new rules including proposed rules, the impact of those rules on said client, and if the client should convey its position on the rule to EPA.

Graham Consulting also helps its client in keeping abreast of its baseline and annual average compliance including, if necessary, suggesting batch parameters that would aide the client in coming into compliance or suggesting "dirty batches" when client has over-complied with its baseline or annual average values.

Graham Consulting consults with the client on an ongoing basis whether its personnel or processes are working in the most efficient way to achieve compliance.

Graham Consulting also keeps an eye on the independent laboratory work product to prevent any reporting mistakes by the lab. In addition, Graham Consulting reviews all batch data entered into PACE and sends an Error review to client on a quarterly basis. Graham Consulting produces an ongoing worksheet used to verify volumes, check for homogeneity, RVP calculations, and GTAB. Tank charts are also created for each tank in usage to verify each batch quantity and product code and to make sure that no GTAB is sold prior to certification.

For an additional Fee, Graham consulting will sit through any EPA audits, act as an expert witness, conduct seminars, and audit client's lab.
